Return Policy

We take care about all products in our Veera Organic (digital) Market, if any of our customers not satisfied with our products, customer can call our customer care and get refund for the product, when they fulfill the below conditions

  1. Customer can request for return, only the products received in the condition of Seal broken, expiry, wrong product received, product not satisfied with valid reason(Final decision taken only by Veera organic (digital) Market).
  2. Customer should inform about return of products immediately after received the products through email (care@veeraorganic.com) or call our customer care number.
  3. Once the refund request approved by Veera Organic (digital) Market, the amount will be refund to the customer within 7 days from the date approved.
  4. Shipping and Packing charges cannot be included in the refund amount, only the product value can refund.
